Exchange
We have a 5 day Exchange policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to place a request for an Exchange. You can exchange it with any other product of Equal or Higher value.
Once we receive the product, we will inspected the product for any damages. If No damage is found we will approve the exchange.
NOTE FOR EXCHANGE
. Only One Time Exchange is approved(you can exchange the product only once).
. The items should NOT be Used or Washed.
.The product should be packed properly so that it does not get damaged in process of returning back to us. We will not accept the product if there is any damage during the transit.
.Return and Exchange requests which are NOT raised within the return period(with in 5 days of the product delivery)are not accepted.
PRODUCT EXCHANGE PROCESS
STEP 1: To return the product, please go to EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER section and generate a return request. Please note that all the Return and Exchange requests need to be raised with in 5 days of the product delivery and need to meet all the above mandatory criteria.
STEP 2 : We will review the Exchange request with in 24 – 48 working hours and a return pick up for the Product Exchange will be arranged.
STEP 3 : The Exchange parcel will take around 5 – 7 business days to reach us. Your patience is highly appreciated.
STEP 4 : Once we receive the product you want to exchange, a quality check will be performed. We will let you know if the Exchange was approved or not. This will be updated to you via E-mail or whatsapp message. If Approved, you will receive the exchanged product with in 5 – 7 Business days. If not approved you will receive back the same product.
In Case your pin code is not serviceable by our courier partner for a reverse pick up. We will request you to send the product via any courier service or Indian Post so that the product reached us safe. We will not accept the product if there is any damage during the transit.
