Refunds
NOTE FOR RETURN
. The items should not be Used or Washed.
.The product should be packed properly so that it does not get damaged in process of returning back to us. We will not accept the product if there is any damage during the transit.
.Return and Exchange requests that are NOT raised within the return period(with in 5 days of the product delivery)are not accepted.
PRODUCT RETURN PROCESS
STEP 1: To return the product, please go to RETURN YOUR ORDER section and generate a return request. Please note that all the Return and Exchange requests need to be raised with in 5 days of the product delivery and need to meet all the above mandatory criteria.
STEP 2 : We will review the Return request with in 24 – 48 working hours and a reserve pick up for the delivered product will be arranged.
STEP 3 : The returned parcel will take around 5 – 7 business days to reach us. Your patience is highly appreciated.
STEP 4 : Once we receive the returned product, a quality check will be performed. We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the Amount will be automatically Credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If the amount doesn’t get credited to your original payment method within 15 business days, then please mail us at weavesvarahi@gmail.com or Whatsapp us on 9558418146.
In Case your pin code is not serviceable by our courier partner for a reverse pick up. We will request you to send the product via any courier service or Indian Post so that the product reached us safe. We will not accept the product if there is any damage during the transit.
Please note that the entire process of return, from the day we received your return request till the refund done may roughly take 10-15 business days.
